Stay far away.
The day after my initial visit, I had several questions regarding Dr. Falahati’s recommended treatment, but was unsuccessful in ever connecting with him again. Over the next several weeks I left phone messages with the medical assistant and front desk, sent emails, and made attempts through the patient portal. I have not had ANY of these messages returned. I also never heard back about my lab results. It has now been one month since my appointment.
At my appointment, which he was 1 1/2 hours late, Dr. Falahati said he didn’t have the report in front of him from my referring doctor. He recommended significant treatment based on the numbers I told him. I requested he let me know once he looked at my report in case that would affect his recommendation. I never heard back. He gave me an expired sample injection medication - which luckily I noticed. He failed to call the RX to the pharmacy (even if I used the sample it would have run out by now)! I can’t even begin to explain my frustration and how inept these people are. The ONLY correspondence I’ve had from their office was several automated emails to leave this review!
Again, stay away from this practice!!!

Eleven years ago I stepped into Dr Gambles exam room. My AC1 was over 12 . I felt terrible. Using insulin, always tired just feeling …not me. I heard a podcast about better ways to treat diabetes. Dr.Gamble was a great listener. We discussed my goals, treatment plan options & explained everything so I could understand. Then we went to work. Now 11 years later my AC1 is at goal, off insulin and the current treatment plan is working great. I lost 90 lbs. I’m living my life again to the fullest. Thank you Dr Gamble! You care the best.
Thank you Utah Endicrinology

I had high expectations when I first visited this clinic in February. My first impression was not good. The girl behind the desk was rude and I was overcharged for the visit. I have been a receptionist for years in medical facilities and I go out of my way to treat patients with friendliness and care. I find this clinic very incompetent. They never return phone calls . And when directed to message through their portal I never got a response . I have wasted almost 3 months with no results waiting on them. I am shocked that a medical facility is run in such a poor manner. I would not recommend this clinic!!

I loved Utah Endocrinology, but i was a bit confused after my scan. He said I had no cancer in my remaining thyroid but i have been diagnosed with metastatic thyroid cancer. I don't understand how I can have metastatic thyroid cancer and have no cancer showing. I wanted to talk to someone after I left but I was told they don't return phone calls so I have to wait a month for my appointment. After supposedly living with cancer for 4 years (and being told I only had 6 mos to 2 years to live) this visit totally stressed me out. Was i misdiagnosed? Do i have another kind of cancer? Id like to know. This is my life. I may have to find a doctor that actually returns calls

He was my best great endocrinologist doctor. I met many endocrinologist before for my Graves disease. First time, I complained about my eyes problems too, everyone ignored about my eyes, but took good care of my hyperthyroidism, so I thought my eye problems are just aging process. However, when I met doctor Falahati, he looked at my eyes carefully even I did not mentioned about eyes at all, told me it seems TED, sent referrals to eye doctor. And ophthalmologist diagnosed me with clear TED. It's a pity that I couldn't meet Dr Falahati sooner, but I think it was fortunate that I was able to meet him later. Thank you very much doctor !!!

I had the RFA performed by him. It was seemingly painless, they checked on me throughout, and it didn’t take long at all. I had very light bruising after and mild pain. Mostly with swallowing on the side with my nodule. He checked in on me the next day which I thought was great. Overall a great experience.
